UK DISABILITY HISTORY MONTH 2022

As HSGFM are part of the Disability Confident employer scheme, between the 16th November and 16th December we are focussing on celebrating the achievements of our staff members who are living with a disability, as well as raising awareness about disabilities amongst colleagues.

Our aim is to ensure that all HSGFM workplaces are open, inclusive and a place where everyone feels like they belong. Throughout the month we will be raising awareness amongst staff through educational resources, reviewing our recruitment practices to ensure they are inclusive and checking in with staff members to ensure their needs are met.
